manifesto no doubt is important but implementation too is important. Voters is looking forwaRD A PRACTICAL MANIFESTO.
manifesto is purely for campaign purposes. Like Kelantan, last election, PAS had list out a a good manifesto but can't implement it. This time just list out 9 projects.
