Semporna Chicken Feet noodle simply delicious



In Semporna town, chicken feet traditionally were the alternative source collagen for the lower income groups.

Stock made from chicken feet is fabulous and full of gelatin. Collagen can simply be described as a protein that acts as glue that' holds our body together but most of its thousands of mainly Sulu settlers here seen chicken feet as delicious food.

They waste not any edible parts of the chicken; instead sounds gross to them and have their own versions of chicken feet recipes.

They made soup with stock from chicken feet and mixed fish ball. It has its own unique and wonderful flavor, and the added gelatin from the feet give the noodle a luxurious taste.
