Semporna is a city on east
coast of Sabah with population of around 135,000. The small town has only a few
Chinese shops.
While
there is not much to see and do in Semporna itself, it is frequently used as a
gateway for diving and snorkeling trips to the nearby islands of Mabul,
Sipadan, Mataking, Kapalai and other Islands.
